What we can scope together

Business workload setup
Configure agreed roles or application prerequisites where supported. For example, prepare a server for a scoped file-sharing workload and test access from selected office devices. Application-vendor work is included only if expressly agreed.
Virtualization where scoped
Assess host resources, platform licensing and workload compatibility before configuring a supported hypervisor and agreed virtual machines. A VM does not by itself provide high availability or disaster recovery.
Backup and migration dependencies
Plan backup integration and a controlled move of agreed data/workloads where included. Identify downtime, validation and rollback requirements; migration, restore tests and backup destinations must be explicitly scoped.
Choose the right setup
Confirm platform/version support, hardware condition, licensing, access, workloads and capacity before acceptance. No enterprise-scale delivery, high-availability cluster or guaranteed uptime is implied. Work in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor is subject to an agreed appointment; remote tasks depend on safe access and feasibility.

- Agree scope and price. Confirm availability, change window, acceptance checks, responsibilities and external costs.
- Implement, test and hand over. Make approved changes, verify agreed checks and record remaining issues and rollback information.
What to bring to the first conversation
Bring hardware specifications, intended workloads/users, platform licences, network details and existing backup arrangements. Identify critical applications, acceptable downtime and who will approve the result. Do not send live credentials or private datasets in the initial enquiry.
Questions before you begin
Can you install a server we already own?
We assess its condition, specifications, support status and the intended workload. Existing equipment may be suitable, but compatibility must be checked.
Is virtualization included with every server setup?
No. Virtualization is included only when its purpose, resources, platform and licensing are agreed in the scope.
Does server installation include data migration?
Migration is separately defined with the source, destination, data volume, downtime and validation criteria. Do not assume it is part of a basic installation.
Will the server be backed up automatically?
Only if backup configuration is included. Agree the destination, schedule, retention, restore checks and ongoing responsibility; installation alone does not prove recoverability.
